We had an emergency at our child care center, water spraying everywhere from an old valve leading to a toilet in a classroom. This was while children were in the school. Called and told Cannon we had an emergency, and they had a plumber there within 15 minutes. He stopped the leak and replaced the valve in short order. They have also done a great job on other occasions. Highly recommend.
